The room was compact and neat with modern design and a comfy bed, for instance, met expectation. The breakfast offered a lot of outstanding meals. The hotel had favourable and decent location right by both the very nice Bur Juman shopping mall, Banks, consulate general offices, Dubai museum and Fort, and two metro stations and shopping malls. In general the service was amazing. The staff were really helpful and helpful day and night.

The location was absolutely perfect, you can visit al fahidi souk by walking. The staff were very friendly and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The hotel was in a good and magnificent location near to metro, Dubai creek and Old Dubai districts as well as both the very nice Bur Juman shopping mall. It also was close to the airport. The rooms were neat and nicely furnished, included satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe.
Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.

It's a perfect and clean hotel, rooms are beautifully maintained. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with balcony as well as a great design and care about everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a nice stay. The property is in a decent and convenient location, close to a metro station. Offers amazing service and outstanding food. Would recommend this hotel to all wanting to stay in Dubai.

No reason to complain, we recommend this place to all. Make sure you stay in the double room with a comfy bed. Excellent service and the food is fab. The location is GOOD and decent, and here's the cherry on top - close to a tube station. And it's just a short stroll away from downtown.
